The form below should be completed by the a chapter officer of each professional chapter in order for the chapter to receive a $5 per member dues rebate from the Association. This must be done annually.
The Chapter Affirmation form asks for you to ensure that AITP has the current leaders identified. That will help us ensure that AITP communicates to the correct people concerning your chapter. It also asks for you to affirm that the chapter is still active and holding regular meetings for its members.
For most chapters, the leaders are displayed in a list on their landing page. Each leader is shown with a code number for the chapter position and the person’s name. For example, 010-President John Smith.If your chapter does not display that list of chapter leaders on their landing page, please contact AITP at email@example.com
to confirm we have the correct list of leaders on file. Please check the list of leaders on the landing page for each one of your student chapters as well.
If the list of chapter leaders on a landing page is not current, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us each leader’s name and position (we will fill in the code number). Be sure to identify the chapter you are updating. Chapter rebates will commence starting the month of the submission of the form but will not be retroactive to the first of the year.
