Congratulations to everyone in the Greater Wheeling Chapter for their part in helping the chapter achieve COPA for 2011.

It takes participation from all members of the chapter to achieve this recognition from the Association.

We just recently received our banner for the 2010 COPA and will soon receive the banner for 2011.

Only chapters that have active participating members achieve this award, and I am proud to say that The Greater Wheeling Chapter is among the receiptants almost every year with very few exceptions. It shows that we have dedicated members.
