Program: How to solve network problems before they occur, using the ‘What's Up Gold' network management suite.
We all know that your job can be very challenging. While constantly reacting to trouble calls you are often pulled in multiple directions simultaneously, to maintain and troubleshoot the existing network and server infrastructure; ensure business critical application availability; resolve user helpdesk tickets; and evaluate, test, and roll out new applications and services. And you must be thinking - there has got to be a better way.
Well, What's Up Gold uses some of the most advanced standards available, (SNMP v1-3, TCP, ICMP, SSH), to predictively monitor networks, systems, applications, and services, including wireless networks. Come hear about the capabilities of this software and what it can do for you and your organization or business.
Speaker: Josh Parde, Network Systems Technician, Southeast Community College.
Josh has recently installed and configured this software to monitor the vital network infrastructure, servers, services and applications across all of the campuses of Southeast Community College. He has a vast knowledge of network systems management and is eager to share his experiences and best practices to help you with your network problems. Please take the time to come and learn from what Josh has accomplished.
