Program: IPv6 – What, why, when, where and how?

Description: This discussion will cover the base concepts of IPv6 and how it fits in the enterprise network now and how it will fit in the future. The topics that will be discussed in this presentation aimed at you being properly prepared for IPv6 now and in the future are:

· What does all the talk about IPv6 mean to you?

· Why should you be concerned about this now?

· When should you be planning and implementing this?

· Where do you find out more about it?

· How do you go about moving in that direction?

Presenter: Bob Redler

Bob has been an instructor in the Electronic Systems Technology program at Southeast Community College-Milford for over 24 years. He has been involved with the Cisco Networking Academy CCNA, CCNP and CCNP security curriculums for over 10 years. He has also served as a subject matter expert for Cisco systems in the development of CCNA and CCNP course materials as well as CCNA, CCNP and CCDP certification exams. Bob has a vast knowledge of networking and holds numerous Cisco, Microsoft, CompTia and ISCET certifications.
