  1. WHEN you intend to DEPART for Huntsville (Friday starts early and it's a two hour (2) to two-and-a-half (2.5) hour drive).
  2. WHEN you may RETURN from Huntsville.
  3. IF driving, how many passengers you can comfortable take ("My car is a compact, Honda Civic. It would seat four comfortably, but I can squeeze five. Trunk space ...")
I might suggest that the passengers pay for the gas. (The driver has hidden expenses in maintenance and wear-and-tear.)
