Mobile
technology is one of the most explosive technological developments to come
along in this fast-paced technology world. It offers enormous advantages, added
convenience and the ability to take advantage of time to do business away from
the workplace. In his presentation,
Travis James will cover where the mobile technology is today and how it is
being applied. James will discuss applications being developed, tested and some
of the challenges of developing world class enterprise solutions on a mobile device.
He will also provide insight into what,
he believes, mobile technology and solutions might look like in the future.

James has over 20 years of experience in the field of software development on a
variety of platforms and technologies, including Microsoft .NET, Apple iOS,
Google Android, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon EC2.
He is the Chief Technology Officer and acting CEO of CloudMetal Software, LLC,
which is a mobile software development boutique specializing in customized,
social networking aware, high performance iOS, Android, and
Windows Mobile software.

architecture, iOS application development, Android application development, and
