Frank Pfau comes to Rubicon with over 23 years of experience in sales and sales management. Frank has a broad range of sales experience – from retail to b2b – including simple, short sales cycle as well as complex, long sales cycle in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he served as the corporate accounts manager for a media sales team. Under Frank’s leadership, his sales team nearly doubled annual sales in a period of six years. As a manager, Frank found sales coaching and team building to be the most rewarding aspects of his job and is thrilled to be able to focus on these areas at Rubicon. www.rubicon.sandler.com
