Richard Losciale, co-owner of
Premier Knowledge Solutions (PKS), has over 20 years of experience in the
design, deployment and assessment of technical learning solutions focused on
security preparedness and IT infrastructure optimization for corporate and
government customers. Richard is a Phi
Beta Kappa, active Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow, and a member of the World
Futurist Society. In addition, Mr.
Losciale is a charter member and past president of the St. Louis chapter of the
International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP-STL). Richard Losciale is a frequent public speaker
whose recent engagements include Scott AFB October 2012 Cyber Security
Awareness Month, Central Missouri Chapter ASTD, and Fall 2009 AITP Region 5
Conference. Mr. Losciale has been involved since 2002 in the evolution of
learning solutions that map to the US DoD FISMA IA Directives.
