For 2004, a "BYOC" or "Bring Your Own Computer" option is being introduced!  Refer to the detailed contest generals rules for a full explanation of what this means!  Also, we eliminated the 3-person team contest events (Network Design & Systems Analysis & Design) due to a recommendation from our conference committee plus the extra strain on the labs (furniture/chairs) and the extra noise which was a complaint from the other teams.  Therefore, all contest teams can consist of either a 1-person or 2-person teams.

ALL the contest details are contained in this packet and updates will be distributed as well as posted on the www.aitp.org web site.  Early team registration discount deadline ($35/team) is 3/1/2004 and goes up to $55 per team afterwards.

ALL contest team members must register or already be registered for the conference at the time of team registration.  Contest team registrations "only" will be "held" until the individual student attendee registrations with payment are received and processed.

Graduate students will be allowed to compete in the Student Paper Contest (separate division) but not any of the programming contest events.

Good luck preparing for these contest events let alone planning on your 2004 trip to Omaha, Nebraska!.

Contest web sites featuring past contest problem statements/examples and solutions will be added to this page as they are created, are found and/or become available.
