"BYOC" or "Bring Your Own Computer" option was introduced in a few contests during the 2004 event and it will be expanded to "ALL" contest events (except for the paper presentations, PC Troubleshooting and student chapter website finalists presentations). Refer to the detailed contest generals rules for a full explanation of what this means! All contest teams will consist of either a 1-person or 2-person teams and all contest fees are included in your conference registration fee.
BYOC: Yes/Must: Systems Analysis & Design, Network Design, Cobol, Java, Database, Visual Studio, Web Design
NO PC Troubleshooting, Student Paper Presentations, Student Chapter Website Finalists Presentations

Visual Basic 6.0 and C++ have been replaced with
Visual Studio.Net.
The languages available to contestants are VB.Net and C# only.
ALL the contest details are contained in this packet and updates will be distributed as well as posted on the www.aitp.org web site.
ALL contest team members must register or already be registered for the conference at the time of team registration.
Graduate students will be allowed to compete in the Student Paper Contest (separate division) but not any of the programming contest events.
