AITP National Collegiate Conference Registration

New for 2006 - an Online AITP NCC Registration System! This system is designed to register individual attendees but in order to register multiple attendees from the same college/university, simply hit the Back button on your web-browser then simply alter the attendee name, contact info and contest info then Submit it for processing. Additionally, a report reflecting ALL the registrants for a given school will be placed on the "my chapter" section of www.aitp.org which can be accessed by the faculty advisor and the student chapter leaders (similar report will also be placed on the AITP professional chapter website for those attending the AITP NCC also).

Payment Forms Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards and you can also enter all the data and remit a check(s) for processing or indicate a school Purchase Order (P.O.) will be issued to cover the cost of the registrations. Simply print out the receipt(s) and include them with your checks or a copy of the P.O. and send it all to AITP headquarters for processing.

We will also be using this system onsite for registration to help streamline the entire conference registration process.

Substitution & Cancellation Policy:

Substitutions for paid registrations are allowed and encouraged. ALL requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by March 21, 2006 to aitpncc@aitp.org and are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after March 21, 2006 as well as "no shows" will not be eligible for a refund.

Forms and Documents:

The items and pages below are for your use and convenience! The "early registration discount deadline" is 3/6/2006 while the hotel cut-off for the conference rate is 3/6/2006 so "be sure to take care of as much of this as you can before Spring Break 2006!" Also, the deadline for paper submissions is 3/1/2006 while the AITP student chapter website URL submission is 3/6/2006. Feel free to print and post these on your AITP student chapter bulletin board and have as handouts at upcoming chapter meetings!
