01/10/2006    Cut-off for conference brochure for maximum exposure with payment
03/01/2006    Deadline for all outstanding sponsorship payments
03/20/2006    Deadline for attendee booklet full-page camera ready copy

• Outside telephone line hookup available (for a $50 additional charge by the facility)
