The First Annual "Best Tech/Geek Video
Contest" was part of the 2008 AITP National Collegiate Conference in Memphis,
Tennessee!

How do you enter this contest? Simply submit the
URL of your favorite high-tech or high-geek YouTube video in order to win a
brand new 30 GB Zune Digital Media Player courtesy of the sponsor of this
new contest, IT Symbiotics, Inc.
Here is what you need to do to participate: send an
electronic mail message to
techvideo@itsymbiotics.com that contains the following information:

your name
(2)
your email address
(3)
your school
(4)
the URL of your favorite YouTube tech/geek video
Your email message must arrive by noon (CDT) on
Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in order to be eligible for consideration. A
panel of judges will select the finalists from the submitted videos.
The finalist videos will be played during the
luncheon on Friday during the AITP National Collegiate Conference. Based on
a combination of the judges' scores and lunch crowd feedback, the
participants who submitted the top three video selections will each receive
a brand new Zune!
Here are the answers to some frequently asked
questions about this new contest:
Q: Do I
have to be the author of the video or appear in it?
A: No!
You can simply submit the URL of any YouTube IT-related video that you like
in order to enter this contest. It does not have to be a video that you
produced or participated in making. It just needs to be funny, cool, or
interesting.
Q: Can I
submit more than one video?
A: No.
Each participant can only submit one URL.
Q: If
I'm a winner, when will I receive my sparkling new Zune Digital Media
Player?
A: The
Zunes will be passed out at the end of the Friday luncheon in Memphis.
