Note: Airfares are on the rise all over
the country....consider flying into Little Rock or Nashville and renting
a vehicle for your group and the total costs just may be significantly
cheaper than flying directly into Memphis and paying the
airport-to-hotel shuttle fee for your group!

- Memphis is served by the Memphis International Airport (MEM)
where Northwest Airlines (NWA) is a major carrier. Of course
American, United, Delta and many other airlines service the Memphis airport as well.

NOTE:
Both the Little Rock (LIT) and Nashville (BNA) airports
are about a 2-3 hour drive away and Southwest Airlines flies into both
of those airports for, perhaps, a cheaper airfare and no
airport-to-hotel transfer fee!

- Northwest Airlines is the "Official Airline" of the 2008 AITP
National Collegiate Conference and their website is

- Click "NWA Discount Travel E-Cert Redemption" at the bottom of
the Flights tab on the Left hand side
- Enter your flight details as normal then, near the bottom where
it asks "Do you have an E-Cert Fare,
electronic voucher or meeting agreement?", select it and PICK
"Meeting Agreement" then enter

| Hotel Parking |
The
Memphis Peabody Hotel has a large parking garage offering both valet and
self-parking. Guest Parking Rates: Valet ($21) and self-parking ($16)
per day
Additionally, there are surface lots in the area for oversized vehicles
and also offer cheaper parking rates but you will have to pay for each
in-and-out and walk a short distance. |

- Take the ramp towards I-240
- Merge onto PLOUGH Blvd
