Why 2 hotels? The
Renaissance Hotel (connected to the Cox Convention Center) did not have
enough double rooms (2 bedded rooms) for our attendees so we contracted a
block of rooms which is mostly double-doubles at the Courtyard by Marriott
hotel which is literally across the street from the Cox Convention Center
and slightly closer to Oklahoma City's famed Bricktown entertainment
district!
Be sure to book your reservation by
3/10/2009 so as to be
able to get the conference rate. Afterwards, the rooms will be on a
space and rate available basis.

NOTE: Why should you stay at the "official" conference hotels:
- All conference sessions and contests are near the hotel
- Easier networking opportunities by being where everyone else is
- No delay's hunting for a parking space or driving in one of the
biggest cities in the country!
- You can run to the room to change, relax, pickup/drop-off materials
"at your leisure"
- The hotels are conveniently located to the Cox Convention Center and
is centrally located for those shopping, dining and entertainment options
nearby.
- The cost of your hotel room affords the conference to not have to
separately pay for meeting space which would translate to higher
registration fees
- Most important of all - your safety.
