NOTE: The hotel did an upgrade to their reservation

System yesterday 2/28 and it is affecting reservations of 

2 or more rooms - for now - try doing 1 room at a time

as there are still plenty of available rooms until

they resolve the matter!

The hotel is literally across the street from the famous St. Louis Arch and the Cardinals baseball stadium and convenient to the subway/train too!  All of downtown St. Louis is close enough to walk to also!

Complimentary in-room Internet access is INCLUDED in your hotel room rate BUT you will be initially charged $9.95/24 hrs per room then, at check-out, it will be reversed!   The hotel sleeping rooms are wired so bring that wireless router and "share" with your roommates while in St. Louis at the 2010 AITP NCC event for a net price of....FREE!  

NOTE: The hotel has a policy/special procedure when wanting to book more than 3 rooms on the same credit card and requires a sub-block be booked with a 30-day cancellation policy prior to arrival (blocks of 19 or less rooms).   ONE way around this is to simply use multiple credit cards when making the reservations in blocks/groups of 3 rooms each.   The 3 SPECIAL forms for this procedure/process are right below:

Be sure to book your reservation by 3/4/2010 so as to be able to get the conference rate.  Afterwards, the rooms will be on a space and rate available basis and you can adjust or cancel your reservation anytime up until 24hrs prior to arrival with no penalty as long as you secure it with a credit card.

NOTE: Why should you stay at the "official" conference hotel:

1. All conference sessions and contests are at the hotel
2. Easier networking opportunities by being where everyone else is
3. No delay's hunting for a parking space or driving in a big city downtown area!
4. You can run to the room to change, relax, pickup/drop-off materials "at your leisure"
5. The cost of your hotel room affords the conference to not have to separately pay for meeting space which would translate to higher registration fees.
6. You won't feel left out by having to walk/drive to/from your hotel in a strange city and deal with weather.
