Notice of Annual Meeting of the Members
October 10, 2012

The Association of Information Technology Professionals ("AITP”) will hold its 2012 Annual Meeting of the Members on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at 10:00 am CT at the Radisson Hotel and Convention Center, 2040 Airport Drive, Green Bay, WI 54313 during the Region 5 Fall Conference.

10:00am - 10:15am	Opening Remarks & Introductions (Association President Norbert Kubilus)
10:15am - 10:45am	Association Annual Report (Association Officers)
10:45am - 11:00am	Association Strategic Plan 2012-2015 (Association EVP Bill Fly)
11:00am - 11:30am	Association Awards - Lifetime Individual Performance Awards - Student Awards - 2011 Distinguished Information Scientist Award (DISA) - 2011 Region Outstanding Chapter Awards (ROCAs) - 2011 Association Outstanding Chapter Award (AOCA) ~ Austin Chapter
11:30am - Noon	Open Forum for Members
Noon	Closing

Members attending the Annual Meeting in person must register for the Region 5 Fall Conference. Registration for the Conference is now open at http://new.aitp.org/register/region5/ and includes registration for the Annual Meeting. The deadline for Region 5 Fall Conference and in-person Annual Meeting registrations is October 1st.
