Bill Reaugh had a passion for AITP/DPMA through his many years of
service not only to his chapter but the region and the association as well. He
served as a past DPMA Association President and was instrumental in creating
the original DPMA Model Curriculum many years ago. A more in-depth article

This distinguished scholarship is awarded by the Foundation for Information
Technology Education to support individuals seeking a degree in an information
technology-related program. The William R. Reaugh Memorial Scholarship is
awarded on the basis of demonstrated exceptional academic ability and financial
need. Recipients must be full-time students pursuing a degree in Information
Technology and member of an AITP Student Chapter.
The recipient of the 2013-2014 William R. Reaugh Memorial Scholarship is: Levi Adams, Oklahoma Panhandle State University, Goodwell, OK.

When he learned of his selection, Levi told the Foundation:
"I feel grateful that the Foundation selected me
as a recipient of the William R. Reaugh Memorial Scholarship. I am thankful
that I have received a monetary award, but I also feel privileged to be
recognized from a national pool of applicants. I would also like to thank AITP,
the staff at Oklahoma Panhandle State University, my family, and my friends,
for all helping to present this opportunity to me.
As I prepare to enter the workforce, I plan to excel throughout my career in
IT, and I hope to accomplish more than enough to contribute back to those who
have helped me along the way, as well as contribute to future deserving
