Share Your Success with Other AITP Chapters

Each year our chapter boards of directors address issues and solve problems, sometimes by chance and sometimes by knowledge already gained through work with AITP. Learning from experience – our own or from others – helps maintain forward progress. To make board and chapter activities less stressful and more successful, the Region Presidents Council is revising a set of "Chapter Operations Bulletins” that were originally developed several years ago, and we would like your help.

As we move into 2014, the success of AITP’s chapters is still of paramount importance throughout our organization. The AITP Chapter/Region Support Team, Association Headquarters (the new management group), and the Region Presidents Council are working to revise and distribute the "AITP Chapter Operations Bulletins” as quickly as possible.

The Region Presidents Council is soliciting volunteers to participate in reviewing and revising these brief bulletins. Your expertise, and that of your chapter, is needed to make the new edition of these Bulletins timely and useful. Sharing "how to make things work” is vital to ensuring each chapter has the basic resources to find answers to operation questions and solve chapter problems – from the experiences of other chapters.

The revised Chapter Operations Bulletins will be made available to the chapters (and the entire organization) via the "Chapter Resources” area of the AITP web site. The list of topics is below.
