These winning chapters are all fine examples of the dedication and successful work it takes toward becoming well-rounded chapters.

Any chapter may submit their COPA application. I never looked at COPA as a contest but as a mechanism or checklist for doing many things "right". LI consistently does thing right. they are blessed with the right mix of services, leaders, community outreach -- they are a model for many of us. LI once had less than 10 people and have grown to where they are now. I remember when my south Jersey chapter had 100 people in it, the leadership chose not to submit COPA for some unknown reason.

John: ROCA is designed to award the winning chapter from many within the same region for outstanding excellence in all award areas.Since Long Island NY Chapter is the only chapter winning COPA from your Region, it is not a contest.
