The Foundation of Information Technology (FITE) is pleased to announce that the Kevin Jetton Service Scholarship committee selected the recipient for the 2009-2010 academic year.
Kevin Jetton is a Past President of AITP, current President of the Foundation for Information Technology Education and a driving force behind the AITP National Collegiate Conference. In 2003, some members of AITP and the AITP Education Special Interest Group (EDSIG) established the Kevin Jetton Service Scholarship that is administered by the Foundation for Information Technology Education.
Recipients must be full-time students pursuing a degree in Information Technology and member of an AITP Student Chapter. This scholarship is awarded on the basis of scholastic ability, demonstrated service and leadership potential.
The recipient of the 2009-2010 Kevin Jetton Service Scholarship is:
Spencer Sengsouriya ($400) Southern Polytechnic State University, Marietta, GA

The Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2010-2011 academic year through May 31.
