The Annual Budgeting Cycle began July 7th in order to formulate the budget for 2012. The Budget Committee includes the Finance Committee, Executive Director Ted Pfeiffer, President Jim Henry, Exec. VP. Norbert Kubilus, Treasurer Pete Schmitt, Secretary & Immediate Past President Beth Pirrie and Mike Welch, 2012 Treasurer. The Budget Committee is scheduled to meet bi-weekly, targeting completion November 23rd.
Budgeting will be using the Zero Base Budget (ZBB) technique, utilizing input from all of the Service Areas to formulate revenue and expense budgets for 2012.
