Three Student Chapters received $600, $400 and $200 from AITP for having the most new and renewing student members in the Fall Promotion. The First place winner, receiving $600 was Georgia College & State University. The Second place winner, receiving $400 was Northwestern State Louisiana. The Third place winner was Arkansas State University and their Student Chapter received $200. These Student Chapters will put the money to good use, hopefully, it will help them send students to the upcoming National Collegiate Conference to be held in Detroit, Michigan on March 29-31, 2007.
To qualify to receive the money, all the Student Chapters had to do was submit their updated chapter officer list to Headquarters and the Student Awards email. If your chapter has not submitted an updated chapter officers list to Headquarters, please do so.
