The following letter was submitted by Region 3 President Linda Miller.
I respectfully submit the Dallas Chapter for consideration for the Association Outstanding Chapter for 2004.
The Dallas Chapter was chosen as the Region 3 Outstanding Chapter for 2003 because of excellence and their 2004 COPA submission documents that the excellence continues. Deborah , 2004 & 2005 President of the Dallas Chapter has demonstrated extraordinary leadership which has resulted in earning the most COPA points of any Chapter in Region 3.
The Dallas Chapter excels at every level and aspect of AITP including:

Outstanding Membership - increased membership almost doubled (64 to 124)
Outstanding Increase in Committee Volunteers - member participation
Outstanding Recognition - Publicity (22 individual articles on our members) in The Dallas Morning News
