Northwestern State University was named the Region 3 Outstanding Student Chapter at the Region 3 Student Conference that was held on their campus in Natchitoches, Louisiana on October 9-11, 2003. A student chapter has to have received the SCOPA award the past two years to be eligible for the award. Two other chapters were also eligible to win the Region 3 Outstanding Student Award: University of Louisiana, Monroe and University of Mississippi.
Congratulations to Northwestern State University on winning the Region 3 Outstanding Student Chapter Award and hosting a wonderful student conference.
