Leading a Chapter can feel a little lonely sometimes, which is one reason why we created the monthly Virtual Water Cooler (VWC) for our leaders in early 2008. These electronic gatherings have helped Chapter and Region leaders to learn about what is happening in the Association, exchange ideas, make new contacts, and discuss questions of mutual interest.
The value of office water cooler talk is well established. Contact around the VWC helps to foster the concept of colleagues among our Chapter and Region leaders. In short, many of us simply enjoy this kind of conversation and sharing.
Generally, we hold the VWC on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 2:00pm-3:00pm CT. We have prepared this topical calendar to help you plan your VWC participation for the rest of 2011:
07/26/2011 -- 2011 Mid-Year Review
08/23/2011 -- Meet Your Candidates for 2012 Officers

10/25/2011 -- Using COPA as Chapter Planning Tool
11/22/2011 -- Awards Program & 2012 Calendar

We value your time, and we will try to keep to the following schedule for each VWC:
Opening Remarks & Introductions (10 minutes)

Closing Remarks (5 minutes)
Presentations will be posted to the AITP portal following each month's VWC.
