The AITP Tampa Chapter held its December 8th meeting at Rasmussen College in Holiday, FL. Blain Barton, Senior IT Pro Evangelist, gave an excellent presentation on the features in Window 7. He answered a number of questions about the features and pointed out that virtualization provided in the product was the forerunner of other products using this technology. The event was attended by 34 people who had refreshments provided by the chapter. President Joe Copp raffled off gifts from Microsoft and which were enjoyed by all.
The attendees were reminded that education is a lifelong journey and that professionals need to keep their skills up-to-date and that AITP membership will help them to do that.
