The Association Membership Committee is pleased to provide you the final results of the 2007 Member Care Study. This Survey was conducted to gather valuable insight into the perception by the members of the chapter, region and national administration and management, the most important benefits they need, why they joined, and why they retain their membership.
The survey was open to individuals who were members of the association as of February 28, 2007. A total of 25% of the membership responded and all responses were anonymous. The report includes charts of the overall responses as well as feedback on the survey's question, "What should AITP provide or continue to provide to better the Association?" The Committee evaluated the results of the Survey and submitted its recommendations to the Association Board for inclusion in the 2008 Strategic Plan.
