The AITP Awards Committee is pleased to announce the Region Outstanding Chapter Award winners for 2004. These chapters are now competing for the Association Outstanding Chapter Award which will be announced in October at the Association Meeting. Chapters will be receiving ROCA banners at the Association Meeting or in the mail.
