During the annual meeting in November, the Association Outstanding Chapter Award was presented to both Honolulu and St. Louis for their outstanding work in 2003. On hand to receive the award were Diana Shelton, Region II president (also from Honolulu) and Sue Morton, association director, Central Region, from St. Louis. Sue said that St. Louis will keep the trophy for the first half of the year, and will then send it to Honolulu.
