If your Region 5Student Chapter is planning on attending the National Collegiate Conference in San Antonio, Mar 29-April 1, you may qualify to be awarded a $400 grant from Region 5 to help with your chapter's travel/registration expenses.
Region 5 is planning, subject to Region Board approval, to award up to 4 grants of $400 each to deserving chapters that will be attending the NCC.
To apply, go to http://www.aitp.org/region5 (the Region 5 website). In the upper center of the page will be "Region Quick Links" Below that will be "Region Information". Click on that and you will find listings for "Region 5 NCC Grant Application Form" and "Region 5 NCC Grant Application Procedure". Download those and follow the instructions.
In the procedure, pay particular attention to point 6 since that is the criteria that is used by the Selection Committee to award grants.
The deadline for electronically submitting grant applications is February 10.
