AITP President and Secretary Weigh In on IT Jobs

Business News Daily recently published a story on the "5 Hottest Tech Jobs for 2012”. They needed experts in the field to help them understand the latest technology trends. And they turned to AITP for this expert knowledge.

AITP President Norbert Kubilus talked about the demand for IT Professionals with knowledge of Cybersecurity. "With the number of security breaches reaching record levels in 2011, the need for IT specialists charged with securing systems, networks and data will continue to be in demand”, explained the AITP President. "Protecting systems and the information maintained on them is job No. 1 right now”.

AITP Secretary Barbara Viola discussed the demand for E-Commerce Programming. E-Commerce is booming, explained Viola. "IT specialists skilled in helping businesses build online shopping websites, as well as those who specialize in maintaining and securing them, are finding themselves very hirable”.
