Student Chapter Update
|
|
The ITT Tech. Institute was officially chartered last month and has installed officers fot their student chapter in St. Rose, La. The chapter started up with 39 student members and full support from the Dean. The chapter has already invited some of the professional members to speak in the coming months.

The Mission of the New Orleans Chapter
|
|
Our Mission of the A.I.T.P. chapter is to promote a fellowship among the IT community thru informative meetings of expanding technology, mentoring our youth to embrace the ever changing technology that they will be using in their lifetime ahead in the IT field.
|

A Message from the Chapter President
|
|
Due to Hurricane Katrina, some of our members have been displaced. As a chapter, the New Orleans area will rebuild and A.I.T.P. in New Orleans will rebuild also. Our meeting schedule will try to hold a member meeting with a guest speaker each month, but keep checking the web site and your emails for more infomation.

The ITT Tech. Institute was officially chartered last month. This is great news and a big boost for the New Orleans area I.T. community since Katrina......but the Saints won the Super Bowl...these days anything can happen......
