Chapter Help for April
- The COPA and PCS submittal deadline for 2005 is April 15, 2006! If you are planning to submit for 2006, now is a good time to begin. Add documentation at each chapter meeting and you will be surprised how easy it is to achieve the Chapter Outstanding Performance Award!
- Complete and submit the new chapter officers’ form. (This form is critical to ensure the right chapter members receive AITP news and focused emails!) Again, you can find at www.aitp.org under Operations/Manuals and Forms followed by a search for Chapter Officers Form.
- Individual Performance Awards (IPA) should be submitted two months prior to the planned presentation. Use the spreadsheet on www.aitp.org under the Association Manuals and Forms web page.
- Update your chapter webpage on www.aitp.org and the chapter’s website. Let’s make the chapters in Region 5 the most current!
- Plan to attend the AITP Region 5 Spring Conference! Remember, there is a chapter incentive of $100 to each chapter who has two or more attendees at the Spring Conference including the Chapter Workshop!
