Posted by: Kevin Jetton, NCC Coordinator

This year at NCC, participants will have the opportunity to hone their entrepreneurship skills at Code:24 – the NCC "Codefest/Hack-a-thon” event!

This 24 hour event starts at 2:00 PM on Friday with an innovation breakout session led by entrepreneurs from Startup Tucson and Startup Atlanta who will guide participants through the process of generating ideas, attracting funding, and getting projects off the ground. From there, participants will have until 2:00 PM on Saturday to build a prototype of their product and pitch it to potential investors. Top projects will be showcased at the awards banquet on Saturday night.

Whether your expertise is in business, coding, graphic design or "something else” this is a great opportunity to network with other students and professions and, most of all, build something cool! Individuals or teams are welcome to participate. During the kickoff individuals will be able to team up with participants from other school to build something great!
