Lillian Maestras, Panel Moderator, Co-Founder Knowledge Made Solutions, Inc.

Ms. Lillian Maestas has more than twenty-five years hands-on experience in software engineering, project development, management and business development. One of her passions is the STEM Initiative which promotes grade school through high school students to choose an educational path and career in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields.  She leads the annual San Diego Science and Engineering Festival, SoCal Cyber Cup Challenge, and Navy Fleet Week events for NDIA bringing students interested in Robotics, Cyber Security and other Engineering skills, to meet and talk with leading Industry and Department of Defense professionals about real world needs and opportunities in the STEM fields. 
 

Theresa Burke
, Sr. Manager IT, Qualcomm

Outstanding ability to build, lead and drive teams to work at their best. Known for nurturing strong bonds with partners, and improving communications and processes. Results driven, and seasoned in all aspects of the product life cycle.  Her background includes both product (hardware, software, embedded), cloud solutions (SaaS) and mobile solutions. She has over 20 years of experience delivering products/services to all markets, from small to medium to enterprise. Experienced with waterfall and agile methodologies. Certified Scrum Master.

Randi Dunn
